Heat Exchanger Facing

Milling of the exchanger division plate sealing faces is undertaken as a separate operation. Wellube’s approach combines both flange facing and division plate milling in one operation, requiring only a single set-up. With the outside mounted flange facing machine as a base to mount our picture frame mill, all the faces to be machined are square to the flange gasket face. Any face within the 3×3 meter area can be machined without further setting.
