Role and Responsibilities
- Accurate and detailed site surveys, assessments, and reports.
- In-house equipment preparation with all anticipated requirements, certifications, and testing. Ensure that required prerequisites are in place before commencing work assigned.
- Adhere to work procedures provided by Wellube in accordance with QHSE policy.
- Execute On-Site services assignments to appropriate standards.
- To support materials preparation, storage, ordering of items, and maintenance.
- Ensure all defective material, components, or equipment is reported to the Workshop manager.
- Inspect and service/repair equipment and maintain maintenance records.
- Installation of the equipment following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.
- Inspect / Service / Maintain equipment on return of equipment from the site, as required.
- Report daily progress reports to the Project Engineer and the communications group.
- Ensure assigned work is completed to customer requirements and satisfaction within the estimated time frame. Report to Project Engineer if there are any delays.
- Be an ideal company ambassador at all times.
- Assist other divisions, as and when required, as instructed by the Management.
- Responsible for ensuring safety standards are always applied.
- To put forward any suggestions for continuous improvement of the work process.
- Identify and report non-conformities in processes or systems.
- Any other duties required by the operations/workshop Manager.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in Wellube provided Services.
- Required to speak, read, and write in English.
- Possess ability to service and maintain the equipment on need basis.
- Ability to travel to different locations / countries where Wellube engages in operations.
- Basic M.S office skills preferred
- Ability to work independently
- A valid driving license is preferred.
